At Hasad Al Oud , we are committed to your complete satisfaction. Here is our exchange and return policy:
First: Cancellation before shipping You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting customer service.
If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return request according to the terms below.
note :
For customers who choose "Cash on Delivery" and do not receive the shipment without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to cancel this option in the future.
Second: Return Policy
You have the right to request a return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- The product must be unused.
- In its original condition, with the original packaging and invoice.
- It has not been opened or tampered with.
Acceptable cases:
Product not conforming to order.
Product damaged or defective upon receipt.
If an alternative product is available: it will be replaced.
If not available: The amount will be refunded within 15 working days .
Fees:
- In case of return due to a defect or error from the store, no fees will be charged.
- For partial or full returns without a reason, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
- If shipping is free upon purchase, a shipping fee applies depending on the shipping company.
Third: Replacement Policy
You can exchange the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
- To be in its original condition and unused.
- Includes original cover and invoice.
Replacement includes:
- Product of the same value.
- Higher product (pay the difference).
- Less product (with refund of difference).
Defective products are replaced without charge, even if opened.
The customer bears the shipping costs in normal exchange cases, unless there is an error from the store.
Fourth: General notes
- Custom-made products are not exchanged or returned unless they are defective.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been used or opened (except for defective products).
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements.
Fifth: Shipping and delivery
- Delivery within the Kingdom: 3 to 7 working days.
- International delivery: 4 to 15 business days, depending on the country.
